Uteka — a drug marketplace
Uteka streamlines the process of purchasing medication by aggregating data from various pharmacies into a single platform. The platform allows users to easily compare prices, check availability, and purchase medications online with options for home delivery or local pickup. It is particularly valuable for users looking to find the best deals on pharmaceuticals or those needing medications that are hard to find locally.As a product designer I was responsible for the customer experience of the website, iOS and Android apps. Together with another designer we have built a design system for the product to scale the features and unify the patterns. We conducted user interviews to refine the experience, increase user and business metrics in key flows and collaborated together with pharmaceutical companies to develop a more personalised look of their goods to boost profit.
